Para que nos centremos en analizar porque pasa esta peculiaridad voy a describir cada carta:

Effect: During your opponent's Main Phase, you can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard to select 1 face-up Effect Monster your opponent controls. Negate the effect(s) of that monster until the End Phase.
1.-This card will negate effects that activate or apply on the field. It will not negate an effect that activates in the Graveyard.
2.-If you control the targeted monster when the effect of Effect Veiler resolves, the targeted monster's effect(s) will not be negated.
3.-If the targeted monster is no longer face-up on the field when Effect Veiler's effect resolves, the targeted monster's effect(s) will not be negated.
4.-If the effect of Effect Veiler resolves, and the targeted monster is then flipped face-down, its effect(s) will no longer be negated, even if it is flipped face-up again later that turn.
5.-If you target Exiled Force with Effect Veiler and your opponent Tributes Exiled Force to activate its effect later in the turn, the effect of Exiled Force will be negated.

Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard. Once during each of your turns, you can select and activate 1 of the following effects:
● Select 1 monster on the field, and remove it from play. If you activate this effect, this card cannot attack during this turn.
● If this card destroyed your opponent's monster by battle, it can attack once again in a row.
1.-The first effect of "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning" can be activated during your Main Phase 1 or Main Phase 2. The second effect can be activated during the Damage Step in your Battle Phase, and can be chained to.
2.-If you use the first effect of "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning", then remove him from play and return him to play, or destroy him and Special Summon him again, or flip him face-down then face-up again, you can activate his effect again that same turn.
3.-If "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning" attacks, and its attack is negated by "Magic Cylinder" or "Negate Attack", you cannot activate his first effect during Main Phase 2.
4.-Even if you equip him with "Twin Swords of Flashing Light - Tryce", "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning" only gets a maximum of 2 attacks.
